[摘要] 目的 研究晚期胃癌肿瘤组织中STMN1的表达水平，分析其生存时间、转移及紫杉醇联合化疗疗效之间的关系。方法 通过分析39例晚期胃癌患者组织中STMN1 mRNA的表达水平，并与患者的发生部位、分化程度、病理学类型、生存时间、远处转移及紫杉醇联合化疗疗效之间的关系进行分析。 结果 在不同发生部位、病理学类型中STMN1的表达无差异，低分化组织中STMN1表达高，阴性表达患者的中位生存时间长且远处转移机会少，STMN1表达水平与紫杉醇化疗疗效呈负相关。 结论 STMN1 mRNA的表达水平可以作为评介胃癌预后的独立因素，并可作为遴选化疗药物，进行个体化治疗的指标。

[Abstract] Objective This paper studied the expression level of STMN1 in advanced gastric tumor tissue，analyzing the relationship between the survival time，transfer and paclitaxel combination chemotherapy effect. Methods The authors detected 39 cases of advanced gastric cancer tissue of patients with STMN1 mRNA expression levels，and analysis of the relationship between patients with the different sick locations，degree of differentiation，pathological type，survival time，distant metastasis and paclitael combination chemotherapy curative effect. Results Whether in different sick locations or in different pathological types. The STMN1 of differentiation expressed high，negative expression in patients with median survival time was long and distant metastases with fewer opportunities，the expression level of STMN1 and paclitaxel chemotherapy efficacy was negatively related. Conclusion The STMN1 mRNA expression levels can be used as independent prognostic factors in gastric cancer， and also can serve as the selection of chemotherapeutic drugs and individual treatment indicators ......
