[摘要]目的 探讨CD117/CD34共表达在急性白血病(AL)诊断中的价值。 方法 利用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测了47例急性髓细胞性白血病(AML)、28例急性淋巴性白血病(ALL)和20例正常骨髓细胞CD34和CD117的表达，并比较CD117、CD34和CD117/CD34 在AML、ALL和正常人间的表达差异。 结果CD34和CD117在正常人表达为阴性。CD34在AML和ALL中均有表达，二者比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.0285，P = 0.8659>0.017)。而CD117在AML患者中有更高表达(40/47)，但很少在ALL中表达(1/28例)，两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.0698，P = 0.0000<0.017)。此外，CD117/CD34在AML中有较高表达(30/47)，而在ALL中表达极低，只有1/28，二者比较亦有显著差异(χ2=26.2747，P < 0.017)。 结论CD117/CD34的共同表达可用于排除ALL，有助于AML诊断。

The expression and clinical significance of CD117 and CD34 in patients with acute leukemia

[Abstract] Objective To explore the value of the expression of CD117/CD34 with acute leukemia (AL)， we designed a study to compare the results of analyses of co—expression of CD34/CD117. Methods We estimated by flow cytometry (FCM) the expression of CD34 and CD117 in cells from 47 patients with acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) ，28 patients with acute lymphoid leukemia (ALL) and 20 normal bone marrows. Results CD34 was commonly expressed in all types of acute leukemias， whereas CD117 seemed to be a more expression for 40 out of 47 cases of AML patients， but rarely detected in ALL (1/28 patients). Moreover， co—expression of CD34/CD117 was extremely rare on lymphoblasts with only 1/28 ALL patients. Conclusion Co—expression of CD34/CD117 may strongly suggest the diagnosis of AML， and it should be used in the exclusion of ALL.
