[摘要] 目的 了解农村社区中老年高血压患者治疗依从性状况及其影响因素。 方法 2011年8月，采用自行设计问卷对浙江省台州市路桥区某农村社区178例中老年高血压患者治疗依从性进行调查分析。 结果 178例患者中服药依从性好的占76.40%，其中中年人相对较差；非药物治疗依从性相对较差，其中不能做到合理饮食的占54.49%，定期复查依从性差的占67.98%，运动依从性差的达87.08%。 结论 对农村社区中老年高血压患者应加强高血压相关知识的宣教，倡导健康的生活方式，改善患者健康行为信念，提高治疗依从性，防止疾病的发展和并发症的发生，降低致残率、致死率，提高生存质量。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the compliance and influence factor of threatment for middle and old—aged patient with hypertension in rural communities. Methods In August 2011， 178 middle and old—aged patients with hypertension was investigated in our area. A questionnaire designed by ourselves was used during the investigation. Results Of the 178 patients， 76.40% cases was compliant when taking medicine， among which the middle—aged patients were relatively dis—compliance； as to non—medication therapy， 54.49% patients could not follow doctor’s advice for proper diet， and 67.98% for following up， 87.08% for exercise. Conclusion For middle and old—aged patientsts in rural communities， the publicity and education about hypertension should be enhanced ......
