机体炎症反应中血清超敏C—反应蛋白与单核细胞的相关性(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨机体炎症反应中血清超敏C—反应蛋白(hs—CRP)与单核细胞(MON)的相关性。方法 选取2011年来我院检查血清超敏C—反应蛋白(hs—CRP)升高患者500例作为观察组,另选血清hs—CRP正常患者500例作为对照组,进行血常规检测,观察比较白细胞计数及分类、单核细胞分数。结果hs—CRP升高组中有479例单核细胞分数升高,占95.8%;对照组中有485例单核细胞分数正常,占97.0%。结论 单核细胞与hs—CRP有明显的相关性,单核细胞分数随着hs—CRP升高而升高。

    The correlation of serum high sensitive C—reactive protein and monocyte in inflammatory response

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the correlation of serum high sensitive C—reactive protein and mononuclear cell in inflammatory reaction. Methods All 1 000 cases for examining hs—CRP levels were divided into observation group with serum hs—CRP levels increased significantly and control group with hs—CRP normal, each 500 cases. The white blood cell counting and classification, the mononuclear cell percentage was assayed, observed and compared in both groups. Results Blood routine test showed that monocytosis in 479 cases of observation group (Mon%=95.8%), and mononuclear cell percentage was normal in 485 cases of control group (Mon%= 97.0%). Conclusion hs—CRP is obviously associated with MON. The mononuclear cell percentage is rising with serum hs—CRP levels increased.

    单核细胞来源于骨髓中的造血干细胞,并在骨髓中发育。单核细胞是主要的炎性细胞之一,进入组织后成为巨噬细胞,单核巨噬细胞是炎性细胞因子的主要来源细胞。激活了的单核细胞和组织巨噬细胞能生成并释放多种细胞毒、干扰素和白细胞介素,参与机体防卫机制,单核细胞能吞噬异物产生抗体,在机体损伤治愈、抗御病原的入侵和对疾病的免疫方面起着重要的作用。机体发生炎症或其他疾病都可引起单核细胞总数百分比发生变化,因此检查单核细胞计数成为辅助诊断的一种重要方法 ......
