[摘要] 目的 应用Meta分析系统评价瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。 方法 按照循证医学的要求，全面检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库中2000～2012年发表的瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗胸痹随机对照临床试验相关文献，把符合纳入标准的6篇文献共计542例患者作为Meta分析的对象，选择临床(心绞痛)症状疗效作为效应指标，统计学分析软件采用Cochrane协作网的RevMan5.1版。 结果 Meta分析合并后结果显示，瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗组在减少心绞痛发作次数(6项研究)的疗效优于常规组。 结论 本Meta分析表明，瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛有一定疗效，但仍需大样本且较严格设计的随机双盲对照试验支持其临床疗效。

Meta-analysis of Gualou-Xiebai-Banxia-Tang-Jiajian(GXBTJ) for angina pectoris

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of GXBTJ in the treatment of Chest Rheumatism by using Meta-analysis. Methods According to the requirements of evidence-based medicine，there were 6 articles(542 patients)in the treatment of Chest Rheumatism after retrieving literatures on randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of GXBTJ from Chinese periodical full-text database and Wanfang full-text database from 2000 to 2012.The effects of clinical symptom(angina pectoris) was selected as the study indices. RevMan 5.1 software provided by Cochrane collaboration net was applied for data processing and statistical analysis. Results Six studies were incorporated by Meta-analysis and the results showed that GXBTJ group was better than control group in terms of reducing the number of angina attacks. Conclusion From the existing clinical evidence， GXBTJ is effective and safe in the treatment of angina pectoris. However， rigorous design and large sample randomized double-blind controlled trial are still needed to verify and support its clinical effectiveness ......
