[摘要] 目的 观察舒芬太尼联用丙泊酚在无痛胃镜中应用效果。 方法 选择80例行胃镜检查的患者，随机分为Ⅰ组(舒芬太尼联用丙泊酚)和Ⅱ组(芬太尼联用丙泊酚)各40例，比较两组的麻醉效果、丙泊酚的用量以及不良反应。结果 所有患者均顺利完成检查，且对检查过程无记忆。Ⅰ组的麻醉效果明显优于Ⅱ组(P < 0.05)。Ⅰ组的丙泊酚用量(2.06±0.43)mg/kg明显少于Ⅱ组的丙泊酚用量(3.59±0.97)mg/kg(t = 12.23，P <0.05)。Ⅰ组出现低血压7例、呼吸抑制4例、心动过缓3例；Ⅱ组出现低血压13例、呼吸抑制9例、心动过缓12例，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 舒芬太尼联用丙泊酚在无痛胃镜麻醉效果好、丙泊酚用量少、不良反应少，值得推广。

Effect of Sufentanil combined with Propofol in gastroscopy

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Sufentanil combined with propofol in gastroscopy. Methods Eighty patients of routine gastroscopy were randomly divided into group Ⅰ (sufentanil combined with propofol) and group Ⅱ (fentanyl associated with propofol phenol) each of 40 cases， anesthetic effect propofol dosage and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were successfully completed check， and no memory of the inspection process. Anesthetic effect of Ⅰ group was significantly better than Ⅱ group (P < 0.05). Ⅰ propofol dosage group (2.06±0.43) mg/kg，group Ⅱ propofol dosage(3.59±0.97) mg/kg group， propofol dosage of I group was significantly less than in group Ⅱ(t = 12.23，P < 0.05). Ⅰ group seven cases of hypotension，respiratory depression four cases，bradycardia three cases，Ⅱ group，hypotension 13 cases，respiratory depression nine cases，bradycardia 12 cases， the difference was significant(P < 0.05).
