总之，Livin基因不仅参与结肠癌的发病进展过程，而且还参与了结肠癌的局部侵袭和转移的病理过程。Livin不仅参与结肠癌细胞凋亡的调控，还促进了细胞的增殖过程，可作为大肠癌临床诊断、转移和放化疗疗效及预后评估的敏感指标[17]。
