[摘要] 监管场所内被监管人员的艾滋病感染率高，工作人员接触到人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者或艾滋病人的机会增多，发生职业暴露风险会越来越大。本文通过介绍监管场所中职业暴露的常见情形、危险因素和预防处理措施，探讨有效的防护对策，建议对感染了HIV的被监管人员加强管理，增加艾滋病职业暴露防护设施建设，加强职业安全教育，提高工作人员的防护知识和技能，发生暴露后采取适当处理措施，降低职业危害。

    [Abstract] The infection rate of AIDS among the supervised persons in the supervision places is high, thus the workers’ chance of getting into contact with HIV infected persons or AIDS patients increases and the risk of having occupational exposure gets larger. Through introducing the common situation, risk factors and preventative treatment measures, this paper explores the effective preventative countermeasures and suggests to enhance the management of HIV infected supervised persons, increase the establishment of AIDS occupational exposure protection facilities, strengthen occupational safety education, improve the workers’ protection knowledge and skills and take proper treatment measures after exposure in order to reduce occupational hazards. ......
