微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折疗效,为股骨远端骨折患者的治疗提供数据支持。 方法 选取我院2013~2014年收治的60例股骨远端骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组股骨远端骨折患者通过微创内固定系统进行治疗,对照组则采用常规动力髁螺钉治疗。观察两组患者术中出血量、住院时间等相关指标,并观察两组患者并发症的情况。 结果 观察组的恢复优良率达93.3%,而对照组仅为73.3%,观察组的愈合时间为(5.1±1.2)周,而对照组的愈合时间为(7.2±2.1)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 微创内固定是当前应用最广的治疗股骨远端骨折系统,有利于股骨远端骨折的治疗,能有效地缓解病情,促进患者早日康复,值得在临床中推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore effectiveness of the minimally invasive system in treatment of distal femoral fracture fixation, and provide data support for the treatment of patients with distal femoral fractures. Methods Selected 60 patients admitted from 2013 to 2014 in our hospital with distal femoral fractures, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 patients in each group. Observation group of patients with distal femoral fractures were treated with minimally invasive internal fixation system, while the control group used the conventional treatment, observed two groups of patients with intraoperative blood loss, length of hospital stay and other related indicators, and observed complications of two groups of patients. Results The recovery rate of observation group was 93.3%, and only 73.3% in the control group, the observation group’s healing time was (5.1±1.2) weeks, while the control group’s healing time was (7.2±2.1) weeks, there were the specific statistical significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive internal fixation is currently most widely used in the treatment of distal femoral fractures system, which is helpful for the treatment of distal femoral fractures, can alleviate effectively, promote the patients’ recover at an early date, worthy of popularization and application in clinical.

股骨远端骨折,是外科损伤疾病中一种比较严重的股骨骨折,通常发病率占股骨骨折的4%~6%[1],其常伴有较严重的软组织损伤、骨折伤及膝关节和其他关节骨折粉碎等影响治疗效果的症状,因而处理较为困难,且容易在术后发生骨折不愈合以及愈合速度缓慢等现象。近年来,交通事故和坠落跌伤导致的此类骨折呈上升趋势,患者的骨折类型也不尽相同,致使外科医生面临的股骨远端骨折较为复杂,而目前的治疗方法以内固定系统为主[2]。由报道可知[3],不同的骨折固定系统,对股骨远端骨折的康复效果影响不同。我院采用有显著治疗效果的微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折患者。为探究微创内固定系统治疗股骨远端骨折的临床疗效,我院特选取60例股骨远端骨折患者分组进行观察,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(冯彬 何滨)
