[摘要] 脑卒中后上肢功能恢复往往比下肢困难，特别是手功能的恢复，因为短期内效果不明显而易被忽略。本文将对脑卒中后手功能障碍的康复治疗进展做一总结，并对其将来的发展做一展望。

    [Abstract] It is more difficult for recovery upper limb functional than lower extremity after stroke，especially the recovery of hand function，because the effect is not obvious in short-term so it is easily overlooked.This article will make a summary about the rehabilitation progress of the hand dysfunction after stroke，and make a prospect about the development in future.
