[摘要] 目的 探讨腋窝肿块的超声图像特征及诊断价值。 方法 对经手术或穿剌活检病理证实的275例腋窝肿块的超声表现进行回顾性分析。 结果 副乳86例，病变淋巴结158例，良性肿瘤23例，脓肿2例，乳腺癌根治术后腋窝积液6例。超声诊断腋窝肿块敏感度98.2%，诊断符合率97.1%。 结论 腋窝肿块具有一定的声像图特征，超声检查可作为诊断腋窝肿块的重要手段。
