[摘要] 报告1例重症牙源性颈深间隙广泛脓肿形成并发纵隔脓肿、两次手术排脓患者的护理经过。早期气管切开，保证通气功能，重视口腔护理及气道管理；做好口底和颈部及胸部切开排脓术前的评估及准备、术后感染征象的监测、创面及引流管的管理；合理安排抗生素输入，保证稳定的血药浓度；加强对患者及家属的心理疏导。
