[摘要] 目的 研究对骨科创伤感染患者进行封闭负压引流(VSD)的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年8月～2015年2月我院骨科创伤感染患者62例，按随机数字表法将其分成实验组32例，对照组30例，实验组应用VSD术治疗，对照组应用常规引流术治疗，对比两组疗效。 结果 实验组平均换药次数为(2.63±0.63)次，创面愈合时间为(20.21±5.32)d，住院时间为(24.32±6.32)d，住院费用为(8221.21±352.11)元，创伤感染治疗总有效率为100.0%，与对照组相比，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染患者效果显著，值得临床进一步推广应用。
