[摘要] 苍耳子是一种中药材，具有广泛的药理作用如抗炎、镇痛、调节免疫、降血糖、调节血压等。但如果炮制不当或用量过大可导致中毒，甚至可危及生命。我院消化内科接收1例因食用苍耳子中毒的患儿.通过采用血液置换、保肝等治疗手段进行救治，两周后患儿临床指标逐步好转，患儿痊愈。
