人性化护理干预在手术室患者中的效果观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察对手术室患者进行人性化护理干预的效果。 方法 选择2014年1月~2015年1月在我院手术室进行手术的患者100例,随机数字法分为干预组和对照组,每组50例,两组均知情同意参与本研究。对照组行常规围术期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上于术前、术中及术后着重实施人性化护理,对两组的护理质量及护理满意度进行评价。 结果 干预组的护理操作技术、服务态度、仪表行为、服务态度、语言沟通的评分分别为(98.42±12.73)、(99.19±11.34)、(96.63±13.16)、(97.22±13.78)、(96.97±11.03)分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组非常满意率70.00%,总满意率98.00%,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论对手术室患者进行人性化护理干预有利于手术顺利进行,提高护理质量及护理满意度。

    Observation on the effect of humanized nursing intervention for patients in operation room

    [Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of humanized nursing intervention for patients in operation room. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,100 cases of patients with surgery in operating room of our hospital were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group, 50 cases in each group, two groups were informed of the agreed to participate in this study, control group received conventional peri-operative nursing care, observation group based on the control group was treated with preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative with aim to implementation of humanistic nursing care, nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results In the intervention group, nursing operation, service attitude, instrument behavior, service attitude, language communication score were(98.42± 12.73), (99.19±11.34), (96.63±13.16), (97.22±13.78), (96.97±11.03), respectively, significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 70.00%, and the total satisfaction rate was 98.00%, was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention of human nature nursing in operation room can be carried out smoothly, improve the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.

    手术室是患者接受治疗的重要场所,多数患者在接受手术前常会对手术效果存在担心和恐惧、紧张、焦虑等负性心理,从而影响患者对手术治疗的信心和对手术的配合程度[1]。人性化护理是由美国人华生(Watson)首先提出的“人性照护”护理模式发展而来的,人性化护理是一种新型的护理模式,随着患者对护理要求的不断提高,手术室的护理工作也逐步从一开始的单一护理发展为人性化护理和多元化护理,对手术室患者进行人性化护理,是保证患者安全、手术顺利进行、提高患者满意度的关键[2]。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 临床资料

    选择2014年1月~2015年1月间在我院手术室进行手术的患者100例,无精神疾病,均能表述自身感受;男60例,女40例,年龄18~60岁,平均(40.2±5.9)岁,文化程度:初中及以下32例,高中及以上68例。将100例患者采用随机数字法分为干预组和对照组,每组50例,均知情同意参与本研究,两组入选患者在年龄、性别、手术类型等一般资料方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。见表1。, http://www.100md.com(白广荣)
