[摘要] 目的 了解哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT评分)在哮喘中的应用效果。 方法 通过2015年1～4月对30例哮喘患者用药前后ACT 评分及肺功能的比较判定哮喘的疗效。 结果 哮喘患者用药后ACT评分、FEV1、FEEF25-75与用药前相比有显著性差异，用药前后ACT评分与均FEV1实测值/预计值呈正相关。 结论 ACT评分有助哮喘控制水平的评估。
