[摘要] 抗苗勒管激素(AMH)是β转化生长因子超家族的成员之一， 在女性中由窦前卵泡及小窦卵泡产生，可以相对真实客观地评估原始卵泡的库存情况。在生育力评价、PCOS、肿瘤、OHSS、辅助生殖技术、预测绝经年龄、性分化异常等方面都有广阔的应用前景和研究空间，现就围绝经期女性卵巢储备功能的测定及预测绝经年龄方面综述如下。
