[摘要] 目的 调查分析妇科肿瘤患者的社会支持状况，为临床支持干预提供依据。 方法 采用社会支持评定量表等调查工具对66例妇科良恶性肿瘤患者进行调查，并分析影响社会支持的相关因素。 结果 妇科肿瘤患者的社会支持总分(41.0±8.0)分；其中客观支持(8.7±1.3)分，主观支持(25.0±4.9)分，对支持的利用度(7.2±2.3)分。患者主观支持较客观支持相对较好，对支持利用度相对较差；中年组较青年组、老年组的主观支持更好(P<0.05)，而务工、务农的社会底层工作者、低收入人群的客观支持更差(P<0.05)，低文化程度患者的客观支持与支持的利用度更差(P<0.05)。 结论 妇科肿瘤患者社会支持的整体状况较好，医护工作中需要充分利用患者的社会支持，并根据不同人群的特点提供更全面的支持促进患者的身心健康。
