[摘要] 大学生参与科研训练是高等学校提高人才培养质量的重要举措。科研训练有利于培养大学生实践能力和创造性学习能力，创新精神，有利于为其今后成为创新型人才打下坚实的基础。笔者以牡丹江医学院医药研究中心科研课题为依托，开展医学生参与科研训练的探索与实践，摸索培养创新型医学人才的新途径，取得较好效果。
