[摘要] 糖尿病是目前常见疾病，医学营养治疗是其治疗的重要部分，适用于所有类型的糖尿病患者，文章通过对能量计算、营养物质分配以及治疗方案的实施等方面进行阐述，以明确医学营养治疗在改善糖尿病患者血糖、预防并发症中所起的重要作用。

    [Abstract] Diabetes mellitus is the commonest disease. As the important part of diabetes treatment， medical nutrition therapy is applicable to all types of diabetic patients. On the describing of the energy calculation， the implement of the treatment， and partitioning of the nutrients， this paper advances a clear viewpoint that medical nutrition therapy plays an important functions in improving the hyperglycemia and preventing the complications.
