肩脱位是创伤骨科中一种严重的肩部损伤，手术治疗与保守治疗总体治疗效果相当，保守治疗在并发症方面较手术治疗占优势。近几年来随着微创手术的不断发展和效率的要求，手术治疗虽伴随较多并发症，但也具有较多优势，具体治疗措施应评估个体情况选择。
