[摘要] 目的 分析ICU常见不合理用药，为规范用药提供依据。 方法 汇总2015年4～10月我院ICU专职临床药师参与治疗过程中纠正的诸多不合理用药情况，统计不合理用药类别并分析原因。 结果 2015年4～10月我院ICU专职临床药师累计共审核不合理用药医嘱310例次，主要表现为抗菌药物选用不当(占39.0%)、注射剂用法不合理(占27.4%)、口服药物用法不合理(占22.3%)、超剂量用药(占6.5%)、重复用药(占2.9%)等。 结论 临床药师参与临床治疗，纠正不合理用药效果显著，有助于提高用药合理性。
