    孕期超声检查规范化适宜技术推广的探讨

    目的探讨基层医院医师孕期超声检查正规化培训的意义，旨在减少产前超声医疗纠纷的发生，提高产前超声检查质量和学科的发展。方法结合本地区实际情况选取6家基层帮扶医疗机构超声科医师共24名。将2013年1月～2015年6月分为三个阶段对其进行培训及考核，通过培训前后医师对理论知识的掌握情况以及培训前后胎儿畸形检出率来比较培训前后超声医师技能的提高程度。结果培训后，24名基层医生对法律法规知晓率、超声检查前孕妇告知率、卫生部规定的胎儿六大畸形掌握情况、胎儿常规超声检查的标准切面掌握情况、报告书写规范化等分别从培训前的25.00%、8.33%、37.50%、16.67%、20.83%均提高到培训后的100.00%；胎儿畸形检出率由培训前的1.19%提高至培训后的2.98%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕期超声检查规范化培训能有效规范胎儿常规超声检查的内容和扫查手法，提高基层医院医师对孕期超声知识的掌握，更好地发挥产前超声在出生缺陷二级预防中有效作用。
