[摘要] 目的 分析晚期食管癌患者实施带膜支架联合化疗的临床效果。 方法 从我院2012年5月～2014年3月收治的晚期食管癌患者中随机抽选实施化疗的30例作为对照组，实施带膜支架联合化疗的30例作为研究组，评定疾病治疗结束后的效果。 结果 研究组治疗后6个月、9个月、12个月的生存率分别为96.7%、86.7%、80.0%，对照组分别为80.0%、63.3%、53.3%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.7%，对照组并发症发生率为26.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。 结论 临床给予晚期食管癌患者带膜支架联合化疗的治疗方法效果突出，可提高患者生存率，预防并发症，值得临床推广。
