[摘要] 营养不良是腹膜透析患者常见的并发症之一，发生率约为18%～56%，严重影响患者的生存率和生活质量。造成腹透患者营养不良的原因是多样的，改善营养状况具有重要的临床意义。本文就引起腹膜透析患者营养不良的发病原因及治疗现状作一综述。
