经尺动脉介入化疗治疗晚期及术后复发乳腺癌的临床研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨经尺动脉介入化疗治疗晚期及术后复发乳腺癌的临床效果。 方法 选取2014年5月～2016年2月期间就诊的晚期乳腺癌及术后复发乳腺癌患者50例，所有患者均给予尺动脉介入化疗治疗，分析其临床治疗效果。 结果 通过介入化疗治疗后患者完全缓解和部分缓解合计构成比为86.00%，显著高于病情稳定及病情进展患者的构成比14.00%；患者出现不同程度的恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等并发症，其中恶心、呕吐的比例明显高于其他并发症。 结论 介入化疗治疗晚期乳腺癌及复发性乳腺癌虽然会导致一定的并发症，但是其治疗的效果是肯定的，能明显改善治疗效果。
