人性化管理对降低采血护士心理压力和提高献血者满意度的效果评价(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨人性化管理对采血护士心理压力以及献血者对采血护士工作满意度的影响。 方法 对采血护士实施人性化管理前后采血护士心理压力的变化以及献血者对采血护士工作满意度的变化进行统计分析。 结果 实施人性化管理后采血护士的心理压力显著低于实施人性化管理前，实施人性化管理后献血者对采血护士工作的总满意度显著高于实施人性化管理前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 人性化管理可以显著降低采血护士心理压力，同时还能够提高献血者對采血护士工作的满意度，效果显著，值得临床推广应用。
