虹膜瞳孔成形术治疗眼外伤玻切硅油填充术后前房硅油疝的临床观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对眼外伤玻切术后前房硅油疝患者采用虹膜瞳孔成形术治疗，并观察其临床疗效。 方法 选择2013年2月1日～2014年5月1日我院收治的眼外伤玻切硅油填充术后无晶状体眼合并瞳孔散大，前房硅油疝23例，采用虹膜瞳孔成形术，观察3～12个月。 结果 21例硅油未再进入前房，2例因角膜内皮失代偿行眼球摘除；术后眼压不高者构成比(100.0%)明显高于术前(65.2%)(P<0.05)。12例术前可计数出角膜内皮，其中1例出现角膜内皮失代偿，11例角膜内皮无明显损失，术后无明显变化。 结论 瞳孔成形术应用于眼外伤玻切术后前房硅油疝可较好阻止硅油再次进入前房，控制眼压，减少角膜内皮的丢失。

    [Abstract] Objective Iris pupil plasty treatment was used in patients with anterior chamber silicone oil hernia after vitrectomy and silicone oil tamponade in ocular trauma. And to observe its clinical curative effect.
