[摘要] 黏膜下子宫肌瘤由于其位置与子宫内膜关系密切，常引起异常子宫出血、腹痛、不孕、反复流产等。根据黏膜下肌瘤的类型及引起的症状不同，其治疗方法也不同，主要包括药物、子宫切除、肌瘤切除或肌瘤摘除等。本文拟在不同类型子宫黏膜下肌瘤治疗方法的选择方面进行综述。
