总之，双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗白血病CID的疗效明显优于单纯常规治疗，能明显降低血清ET、DAO、D-乳酸及TNF-α水平，保护与修复肠黏膜屏障功能，但具体的作用机制有待进一步深入的研究。
