[摘要] 目的 探讨柚皮苷对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩运动的影响。 方法 采用离体平滑肌恒温灌流的方法，取家兔离体十二指肠，在不同浓度柚皮苷溶液作用条件下，通过BL-420生物机能实验系统测定其张力的变化，从而观察十二指肠平滑肌收缩运动。 结果 分别加入不同浓度柚皮柑溶液后，家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩张力较加药前增强且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。 结论 柚皮苷对家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩具有促进作用。
