[摘要] 目的 探讨肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者实施系统性整体护理的应用效果。 方法 以我院接收的82例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者分别采用不同的护理措施并进行对比。 结果 观察组患者对护理工作满意度明显优于对照组；观察组患者的再出血次数和出血量明显低于对照组；对患者进行护理后，观察组患者的护理依从性评分明显高于对照组；同时，观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 实施系统性整体护理干预具有较高的临床应用价值。
