[摘要] 白血病患儿医院感染率高，感染部位以呼吸系统最为常见，降钙素原值的高低反映感染的严重程度。疾病类型、住院时间、贫血、中性粒细胞数等是医院感染的相关因素。白血病患儿血流感染有其病原菌特点及耐药性，采用有效的预防及抗感染措施，可降低医院感染的发生率，有效改善预后。
