[摘要] 为改进医学影像科住院医师培养模式，建立新型的住院医师培训体系，我院借鉴美国住院医师培训制度，通过交互式网络教学平台融合国内外医学影像的优势资源，对现有影像科住院医师规范化培训进行改进，发现本科住院医师的理论知识更加扎实，临床经验增长，工作效率提高。因此，利用交互性网络教育平台，改革住院医师培训的理论学习形式及内容是多方位培养医学影像专业人才的有效途径之一。
