智能手机社交软件改善结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究智能手機社交软件在结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用。 方法 采用微信公众号的形式，设计手机肠道准备指导软件，对603例拟行结肠镜检查并会使用微信软件的门诊患者随机分组，对照组按常规口头宣教和纸质宣传材料行肠道准备，软件组使用常规宣教及上述手机软件行肠道准备。采用Boston肠道准备评分量表、肠道准备优良率、肠镜成功率、进镜时间、息肉发现率、患者满意度和耐受性自我评价等指标评价两组间差异。 结果 软件组患者的肠道准备优良率及Boston总评分显著高于对照组[90.04% vs 75.90%，P<0.01；(8.02±1.32) vs (6.96±1.64)，P<0.01]，软件组在肠镜成功率、进镜时间、息肉发现率及患者满意度评分等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 采用微信公众号形式的智能手机社交软件能够提高门诊结肠镜患者的肠道准备质量，提高结肠镜诊疗的成功率，降低漏诊率，缩短检查时间，且患者满意度高、耐受性强。

[Abstract] Objective To study the application of smart phone social software in bowel preparation before colonoscopy. Methods Smartphone guidance software of bowel preparation was designed via WeChat public number. 603 outpatients who were proposed to be given colonoscopy and who were able to use WeChat were randomized. The control group was given bowel preparation by routine oral education and paper education materials. The software group was given bowel preparation by routine education and the above-mentioned smartphone software. The difference between the two groups was evaluated by several indicators such as the Boston Intestinal Preparation Scale， the excellent and good rate of bowel preparation， the success rate of colonoscopy， the time of colonoscopy， the detection rate of polyps， patient satisfaction and tolerance self-evaluation. Results The excellent rate and good rate of bowel preparation and the total score of Boston in the software group were significantly higher than those in the control group[90.04% vs 75.90%， P<0.01； (8.02±1.32) vs (6.96±1.64)， P<0.01]. The software group was superior to the control group in terms of the colonoscopy success rate， the time of colonoscopy， the detection rate of polyps and patients' satisfaction rate， etc(P<0.05). Conclusion The smartphone social software via WeChat public number can improve the quality of bowel preparation in the outpatients receiving colonoscopy， improve the success rate of colonoscopy， reduce the rate of missed diagnosis， shorten the examination time， and the patients' satisfaction and tolerance are high.
