[摘要] 文章总结楼丽华教授诊疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的学术观点和临床经验。分别从病因病机、治则治法、典型病案、体会四方面论述。乳痈为“表阳里阴证”，其发生发展乃是本虚标实的过程，内虚是本病的根本，阳气虚弱、寒凝毒滞为重要的病理机制。治以温通法，温阳通络，散结软坚。楼丽华教授诊疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的经验临床上行之有效，具有推广应用价值。
