[摘要] 患者，女性，65岁，反复胸闷、憋气4月余，加重4 d，以胸腔积液待查收入院，予积极内科保守治疗后症状无明显好转，多学科会诊讨论后，考虑心脏肉瘤，采取了紧急手术措施，解除了梗阻，挽救了患者生命。心脏肿瘤临床上较为少见，临床表现复杂多样，缺乏特异性，易与其他心脏病混淆，目前尚无相应的诊疗指南。通过病例报道分析讨论心脏肿瘤的组织学特性、发病年龄、发生部位、影像学表现等方面资料明确诊断流程，并综述常见心脏肿瘤诊断和治疗进展。
