[摘要] 肾细胞癌合并下腔静脉癌栓一直是泌尿肿瘤学中一个高难度的领域，对其手术治疗的方法也有很多种。随着医疗水平的提高，可以采用不同的手术方法处理不同的癌栓，从而进一步提高患者的术后存活率。本文旨在对肾癌伴下腔静脉癌栓的手术治疗研究进展作一综述。
