[摘要] 髌股关节疾病(patellofemoral disorder，PFD)以膝前疼痛为主要症状，是临床常见的膝关节疾患之一。即时了解髌股关节病在诊疗领域的研究进展，有助于进一步加深对髌股关节病的认识，对临床诊疗工作意义重大。同时，也让我们可以从多方面入手诊疗髌股关节病，为解除或缓解髌股关节病患者的痛苦提供新的思路和尝试。本文就髌骨关节病的诊断、治疗等方面的研究进展做一综述。
