[摘要] 本文对伊犁州直属县市首轮全民健康体检工作的组织实施进行阐述分析，系统总结在体检对象、体检项目确定、具体工作和进度安排、体检经费保障、人口摸底、体检质量与安全保证等方面的做法，以及在实施过程中“大健康”理念树立、乡镇卫生院标准化程度、户籍管理、流动群体组织、体检结果管理、群众配合度、医疗服务能力等方面出现的问题，并提出了对策建议，以供各级政府相关部门、卫生行政单位及医疗机构进行决策参考，为创建健康省区、健康城市提供参考依据。
