[摘要] 目的 探讨口腔种植修复牙列缺损的临床效果与美学价值。 方法 选取我院2015年1月～2016年1月期间收治的56例牙列缺损患者，均行口腔种植修复术，观察修复6个月后的效果及患者满意度。 结果 种植后患者咬合力明显高于种植前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；种植后的疗效评分均高于种植前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复后患者对美观程度有1例不满意，满意度为98.21%(55/56)。其他固位功能、舒适功能、咀嚼功能和语言功能等满意度均为100.00%(56/56)。 结论 对牙列缺损患者应用口腔种植修复的临床效果显著，患者对其修复的满意度较高，修复后患者牙齿功能与美观性均相对提高，值得临床推广与应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect and aesthetic value of oral implantation in repairing dentition defect.
