[摘要] 择期手术严重低钾血症患者麻醉，因心律失常等风险通常会取消手术先补钾，但治疗困难的慢性严重低钾血症患者，术前口服氯化钾，术中严密监测经中心静脉微量泵输注高浓度氯化钾是一种有效的麻醉方法。
