[摘要] 住院医师规范化培训是目前专科医师培养的重要模式，导师制和PBL是人才培养的重要教学制度和模式，我们将两者结合应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训，促进住院医师综合能力的提高，本文介绍具体实施方法、教学方法及教学效果，以期培养更多的优秀神经内科医师。
