[摘要] 毛囊角化病是一种少见的常染色体显性遗传性皮肤病，其合并并发症或者肿瘤的病例鲜有报道。本文报道1例毛囊角化病合并多发性骨髓瘤病例，并結合文献进行讨论。

    [Abstract] Darier disease is a rare autosomal dominant genetic skin disease， the merger of complications or tumor cases rarely reported. This paper reports a case of Darier disease complicating multiple myeloma， combined with the literature to discuss.
