[摘要] 目的 评估关节镜下松解桡侧腕短伸肌腱治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎的效果。 方法 回顾性分析从2014年7月～2016年6月间的52例顽固性肱骨外上髁炎患者，行关节镜下桡侧腕短伸肌腱松解术，并进行VAS评分、快速DASH功能评分和满意度调查。 结果 随访(16.4±3.6)个月，VAS疼痛评分从术前平均(7.1±1.5)分提高到静息时平均(1.4±1.1)分，活动时(2.1±1.7)分，快速DASH功能评分从术前平均(49.6±14.6)分提高到术后(16.5±10.2)分，患者满意度达94%，术后没有出现并发症。 结论 关节镜下松解桡侧腕短伸肌腱治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎安全有效。
