[摘要] 目的 观察舒适护理模式在二次剖宫产术中的应用效果。 方法 回顾性分析200例在我院行二次剖宫产手术产妇资料。将采用常规护理方法的100例产妇作为对照组，采用舒适护理模式的100例产妇作为观察组。比较两组产妇术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间及患者对护理工作的满意度。 结果 观察组术中出血量、术后下床活动时间、切口愈合时间均少(短)于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对护理服务的满意度为96.00%，明显高于对照组的78.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 舒适护理服务模式在二次剖宫产术中的应用能提高产妇手术过程的舒适程度，提高其对护理工作的满意度，促进产妇的术后康复，值得临床推广应用。
