总之，中西医结合治疗肺癌化疗后腹泻患者的效果较肯定，能显著降低血清ET、D-乳酸和TNF-α指标，保护肠黏膜屏障降低其通透性。但本研究纳入的样本量相对偏少及观察时间偏短，具体的作用机制、远期疗效及安全性有待开展更多高质量、大样本长期随访深入的研究探讨。
