[摘要] 目的 评价协作式无缝隙全期护理模式在胃息肉内镜下黏膜切除术患者中的应用价值。 方法 选择2015年3月～2017年9月本院收入治疗且开展护理干预的80例胃息肉内镜下黏膜切除术患者，根据护理干预不同分两组，每组40例，协作式无缝隙全期护理模式用于实验组，一般护理用于对照组，统计两组患者开展干预前后的SAS得分值、SDS得分值、术后并发症合计率、护理满意率。 结果 实验组干预后的SAS得分值、SDS得分值、术后并发症发生率、护理满意率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 胃息肉内镜下黏膜切除术患者采用协作式无缝隙全期护理模式效果良好。
