[摘要] 目的 探讨红外热成像技术在颈椎病中的临床应用价值。 方法 利用红外热成像仪采集明确诊断的颈椎病患者180例及30例健康者的颈肩部红外热图，以C6、T2和肩胛下角水平连线为标志线，将采集部位分3个区；以不同温度刻度伪码条对应从低温到高温相应的红外热像图，对所有采集对象的颈肩部功能状况进行定性分析。结果 正常成人颈肩区红外热图呈左右两侧对称，脊柱力线连贯居中，颈区及肩背靠中间区为粉色热区，两侧为黄色凉区。而颈椎病呈明显异常热图，其中有三种类型(颈型、神经根型和椎动脉型)的颈椎病有相对特定的红外表达特性。 结论 红外热成像在颈椎病中有特定的表达特点，可以作为临床诊断和疗效评价的有效指标之一。
