[摘要] 目的 探讨利用“堵”胎盘延迟娩出术在减少前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血的应用价值。 方法 随机选取2015年9月～2017年10月在郑州大学第二附属医院产科住院行剖宫产术的前置胎盘47例为实验组，同期住院非前置胎盘剖宫产50例为对照组；统计两组术中出血量、手术时间、胎盘娩出时间、输血率。 结果 实验组手术时间、胎盘娩出时间明显长于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组出血量、输血率等无明显差异(P>0.05)。 结论 采用“堵”胎盘延迟娩出并同时促宫缩治疗在前置胎盘剖宫产术中可有效控制出血量，出血量等同于非前置胎盘正常剖宫产术中的出血量。
